Canard Duchêne Cuvée Léonie
This Cuvée Brut Premium, is a homage to the woman who founded the House, Léonie Duchêne. Made from the same blend as the House Brut, the Cuvée Léonie spends longer in the cellars and has a specific dosage.
This gives it more structure, without forgetting the Canard-Duchêne style, while enhancing its flavours, finesse and intensity.
The Blend
Pinot Noir : 40%
Pinot Meunier : 40%
Chardonnay : 20%
Appearance
Fine bubbles, pale gold.
Nose
Pronounced with exotic fruits, dry flowers and fresh butter aromas, gingerbread notes.
Palate
Fresh, candied pineapple, slithly spicy and rich. Lingers long on the palate, a sign of good maturity.
Drink as an aperitif or with light meals.
