Canard Duchêne Brut
This champagne is delightful to drink at any time of the day and is particularly good as an aperitif. It is a fine accompaniment for white meat. Champagne should be drunk at temperature of 6° to 9°C.
The Blend
The three grape varieties are selected for the Brut blend in proportions which may vary year to year: Pinot Noir (35 to 40%) for its strength and character, Pinot Meunier (35 to 40%) for its fruit and subtlety and Chardonnay (22 to 25%) for its finesse and elegance.
Reserve wines, stored separately by cru, account for 20 to 25% of the blend.
Appearance
Straw yellow colour, fine mousse.
Nose
Intense fresh fruits aromas, characteristic of Pinot grapes.
